Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) today announced that it has
completed the asset acquisition of Yotta MVS, Inc. of North Kansas City,
Mo. Yotta, formerly Mobile Video Services, provides field property data
verification and collection services, and develops and supplies the
software to extract, import and manage image, property characteristic
and mapping data.
Yotta has performed services in 25 states for city and county
departments, including tax assessor and appraiser, zoning and planning,
and GIS mapping. These services complement Tyler's CLT
Appraisal Services and iasWorld® integrated assessment
and tax software.

Yotta programs and services will be integrated into Tyler operations and
branding during the coming months.
