N.Y. County Signs Agreement for Tyler's Munis®
ERP Solution
Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed a seven-year software
as a service (SaaS) contract with Columbia County, N.Y., for Tyler's
Munis®enterprise
resource planning (ERP) solution. The agreement, valued at
approximately $1.2 million, includes hosting services, related
professional services, maintenance and support.
"Columbia County needed a system that would position it to better meet
and adapt to future challenges, which is why we selected Tyler's Munis
solution," said Randy Wheeler, Columbia County's director of information
systems. "Munis' integrated applications will streamline and automate
our workflow processes, centralize our information and data and empower
our workforce to do more with less time, money and effort. We are also
pleased to work with a solution that will allow us to effectively
leverage reporting features and link data to positive results."
Columbia County has invested in a wide range of Munis
applications, including financial management, human capital management
and content management. Munis will be hosted and administered at Tyler's
data center in Falmouth, Maine.
