Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed agreements with public
health agencies in Georgia and North Carolina for Tyler's Munis®enterprise
resource planning (ERP) solution.
After a competitive review process, Cobb & Douglas Public Health (CDPH),
which promotes and protects the safety and health of approximately
800,000 residents in Metro Atlanta, selected Tyler's Munis
ERP solution to provide information management solutions and services to
their two-county district. CDPH chose a wide array of Tyler's Munis ERP
applications, including general ledger, payables and human capital
management, to meet its need for a fully integrated and technologically
advanced financial management system that offered strong reporting, data
management and analysis capabilities. Additionally, Munis provides CDPH
with benefits such as the ability to go paperless, solid project
planning and a thorough implementation process. The agreement includes
licenses, related professional services, maintenance and support.
Meridian Behavioral Health Services, Inc., in North Carolina, has signed
a three-year software
as a service (SaaS) agreement for Tyler's Munis ERP solution and
will implement applications including financial management, human
capital management and content management. Meridian selected Tyler's
Munis SaaS solution for its advanced technology support and low upfront
investment. The agreement includes hosting services, related
professional services, maintenance and support. Munis will be hosted and
administered at Tyler's wholly owned data center in Falmouth, Maine.
