DALLAS – January 4, 2011 – Tyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL) announced today that the City of Bloomington, Illinois, has signed a contract to invest in Tyler's Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. In addition to software licenses, the agreement includes related professional services, maintenance and support.
