Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed an agreement with
Ashtabula County, Ohio, for Tyler's CLT
Appraisal Services for a county-wide revaluation. The contract
includes establishing property values for all real property and land
parcels, as well as parcel valuation of new construction. The valuation
is expected to conclude in 2014.
Ashtabula County, the northernmost county in Ohio with more than 78,000
parcels of real property, is a current Tyler customer having licensed
Tyler's iasWorld®
property tax software applications in 2008, including computer-assisted
mass appraisal (CAMA) and tax billing and collection.

with price and qualifications, was why we selected Tyler's CLT Appraisal
Services for Ashtabula's 2014 revaluation," said Ashtabula County
Auditor Roger A. Corlett. "Additionally, our current use of Tyler's
