Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed an agreement with the
Town/Village of Scarsdale, N.Y., to provide real property appraisal
services for a municipal-wide revaluation. The contract for Tyler's
CLT Appraisal Services includes establishing property values for all
real property and land parcels, which includes comprehensive public
information and data quality control programs. The revaluation will be
conducted over a two-year period and is expected to conclude in 2014.
Scarsdale, which is located in Westchester County and is a northern
suburb of New York City, last reassessed its approximately 5,900
properties in 1969. Tyler's CLT Appraisal Services has appraised
properties since 1938, completing more than 3,000 appraisal projects in
46 states.
