Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed an agreement with the
city of Miramar, Fla., to provide its Munis® enterprise
resource planning (ERP) solution to help the city operate more
efficiently. The contract includes software licenses, related
professional services, maintenance and support, and Tyler's change
management services.

ERP solution because it can integrate, automate and streamline many of
Miramar's current processes, which are currently housed in segmented and
nonintegrated systems," said Raheem Seecharan, senior systems analyst at
Miramar.

because Tyler provides perpetual software upgrades at no additional cost
to the city," said Miramar's Assistant Finance Director Barbara
Hastings. "With Munis we can avoid costly upgrades and might never again
find ourselves in need of a new ERP platform."
Miramar has invested in several applications from Munis, including
financial management, human capital management, self service and content
management. Miramar also selected Tyler's change management services to
engineer best business practices and manage the implementation of new
processes and applications across the city.
