Olmsted County, Minn., has successfully rolled out its software as a
service (SaaS) implementation of iasWorld®,
Tyler Technologies, Inc.'s (NYSE: TYL) computer-assisted mass appraisal
(CAMA) solution, eliminating disparate property assessment systems and
improving the county's property data management processes.
The county is now live on iasWorld's CAMA
and tax billing and collections modules, and anticipates adding several
advanced iasWorld features in the coming months to further help
appraisers and managers simplify tasks and operate more efficiently.
Olmsted County selected Tyler's iasWorld SaaS hosted solution in 2010
after a competitive request for proposal (RFP) process, and
implementation began in May 2011. The implementation project culminated
with the migration of more than 63,000 property records from its 2012
assessment roll into iasWorld.
