present at four investor conferences during May 2013.
Brian K. Miller, Tyler's executive vice president and chief financial
officer, is scheduled to present at the Jefferies 2013 Global
Technology, Media & Telecom Conference in New York City on Tuesday, May
7, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. EDT.
Miller will also present at the 12th Annual JMP Securities Research
Conference, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in San Francisco, on Tuesday, May
14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. EDT.
Additionally, Tyler's management will present at the 14th Annual B.
Riley & Co. Investor Conference at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel in
Santa Monica, Calif. The presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21,
2013, at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
Lastly, Tyler will participate in the Benchmark Company One-on-One
Investor Conference at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, Wis., on
Thursday, May 30, 2013, where management will host one-on-one investor
meetings throughout the day.
