Georgia's DeKalb County Superior, State and Magistrate courts have
selected Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) for its Odyssey®
eFileGA software solution built on the technology of Tyler's Odyssey
File & Serve e-filing product. Designed around the state's unique needs,
Odyssey eFileGA streamlines e-filing processes, reduces costs and
eliminates the need to file paper documents.
DeKalb County selected Tyler's e-filing solution during a competitive
review process that included judges from the county's court systems and
directors at the county. The courts chose Odyssey because it offers a
simplified online portal, was overall the best product reviewed and is
backed by Tyler's financial strength and experience with e-filing in 11
other states.

Odyssey eFileGA is delivered as a Tyler-hosted solution and allows users
to file documents with the courts 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
As part of the solution, courts can provide payment services securely
online.

DeKalb County, a suburb of Atlanta, is Georgia's third most populous

the state to select eFileGA. The county's three courts process more than

currently processes more than 750,000 filings per month and provides
support for more than 145,000 e-filing users nationwide. The state of
Texas recently implemented Tyler's Odyssey software and hosted
infrastructure for its mandatory e-filing platform called eFileTexas.gov.
