city of Lake Elsinore, California, for its EnerGovTM
planning, permitting and licensing, and Incode®
financial management software solutions. The agreement includes support,
implementation and professional services.
After a competitive review process, the city of Lake Elsinore selected
Tyler's integrated Incode and EnerGov solutions to modernize business
operations and improve customer service. The city was impressed with
Tyler's public sector tenure, as well as the solutions' ease-of-use,
which will foster adoption and create efficiencies citywide.
The city of Lake Elsinore, located in Southern California, is
experiencing rapid growth, so leadership wanted a proven solution like
EnerGov to support their community development efforts. The city will
rely on Incode to help modernize and streamline overall operations,
including financial management and citizen services.
EnerGov's mobile applications will provide city staff real-time data
access while in the field, and with EnerGov and Incode integrated, the
city will also increase data availability across departments. The city
will benefit from Tyler's evergreen perpetual licensing approach that
provides regular and significant, yet manageable, software enhancements
without an additional relicensing or service fee, ensuring all systems
are using the latest technology.
The city of Lake Elsinore is about 60 miles southeast of Los Angeles,
and has about 56,000 residents; its namesake, Lake Elsinore, is Southern
California's largest natural freshwater lake.
