Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed a contract with the
county of San Miguel, New Mexico, for Tyler's Incode®
product suite and EagleTM
recording, property tax assessment and document management
solutions. The agreement includes related professional services,
including data conversion, support and training.
San Miguel County is replacing a legacy system that was no longer
maintained by the vendor. Given the amount of county time spent
sustaining the older technology, county leaders decided to find a modern
turnkey system to serve current and projected needs.
After an extensive review, San Miguel County selected Tyler's software
solutions because they met the county's needs, but the county also
valued Tyler's longevity in the public sector industry and successful
relationships in New Mexico. For example, Incode is also deployed in Las
Vegas, New Mexico, the county seat for San Miguel County.
Tyler's Incode delivers a full financial and personnel software suite,
including human resources and payroll, budgeting, business license
issuance and management, and utility billing. Tyler's Eagle solutions,
including its recorder, assessor and treasurer applications, provide a
comprehensive suite of solutions for property assessment, appraisal,
document imaging, and tax sale processing and reporting.
Tyler's Eagle and Incode software will offer customized and advanced
functions throughout San Miguel County, enabling employees and officials
to continue delivering the high level of customer service the county's
residents have come to expect.
San Miguel County has nearly 29,000 residents and anchors the region's
film industry, which dates back to the silent-movie era. Including San
Miguel County, 16 of New Mexico's 33 counties use Tyler software.
