Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) signed an agreement with DeKalb
County, Georgia, for technology-driven mass appraisal services using
Tyler Verify™. Under the agreement, Tyler's CLT Appraisal Services™
staff will use Tyler Verify software to conduct street-level imaging and
data collection services for properties throughout DeKalb County.
Tyler Verify integrates leading-edge database management tools, GIS
application, GPS data capture and digital photography to ensure data
accuracy and reliability. Tyler appraisal staff will use the software in
customized vehicles that will travel through county streets to
photograph and verify addresses on approximately 235,000 structures,
including residential, office, retail, industrial, and manufacturing
facilities. Vehicles will come to a complete stop at every property to
capture detailed street-level images and conduct a review and
verification of property record data.
The use of Tyler Verify and a unique "stop and compose" approach will
provide higher-quality images and ensure consistency and accuracy across
properties - and improve efficiencies - for 12 cities within DeKalb
County.

appraisal services company - has appraised more than 30 million parcels

International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) standards for
