NIC Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV), the dominant provider of digital government
services, announced its Board of Directors today declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of 8 cents per share to be paid on June 20, 2017
to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 6, 2017.
The dividend is expected to total approximately $5.3 million.
